Dark Net

The future of the internet service/ broadband in our country is dark. A new project for the broadband which is HSBB ( High Speed BroadBand) is made and its given to telekom. OMG!! And more soever, telekom is given a subsidy of 2.4b. Not million but BILLION. WTF??? Other companies offered to do the same project without subsidy. If other people doesn't require the subsidy, why does telekom needs it? The reason would be very very obvious. Ehem....

As the debate of this matter is posted on youtube, I totally agree that there is no competition for telekom for the broadband service. The service they provide just sucks. The internet line is freaking slow, and if there's any complain or repairs needed to be done, they would take ages. Just fixing a new line and activating it takes up nearly a month. The 2nd line in my house is out for quite some time. A few days more and it'll be more than a month. If they charge us for the monthly fees, then they'll bound to hear more complains from me.

Even when they want to fix a new net line in my house, we have to call dozens of times. The same problem also occur to many. Damn it. When we apply for it, they said that it would be done within 10 WORKING DAYS. Its 10. However, it takes nearly a month to complete fixing the line. Which is double the promised time. I really wonder if we can sue streamyx for not delivering the service they promised. Many companies were sued for not being able to fulfill thier promises. If sueing streamyx is an option, then I think that many would have gladly done it.

For the new project, if other companies other than telekom or streamyx are doing the project, I would be the 1st in line to subscribe their service and also be the 1st to turn down all offers provided by streamyx. Why go for streamyx when i can have other options. I would happily bet that other service provider would do a much better job than streamyx.
